Damaged Items
“We take great care in hand-packing your ritual. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a replacement. To process your claim, please include a clear photograph of the damaged product and packaging. Your satisfaction and the integrity of your skincare are our top priorities.”
